You’re pushing out loads of great blog posts, and people are liking them. Social media shares are rising, and traffic is growing.

But something is missing, and it’s the most important piece.

Conversions.

Chances are, if you’re receiving all this engagement and traffic, the fix might be simple. Check out these 5 tips on how to boost your blog post conversion rates!

1. Create a (CTA) in Your Top Bar & End of Blog Post

If you don’t have any kind of Call-To-Action (CTA) in your navigation bar, this will be a good place to start.

Check out how Neil Patel implements them on his Quicksprout Blog. This is also a great way to promote offers to new visitors without being too intrusive.

Along with a CTA in the navigation bar, it is a good idea to have some sort of CTA at the end of your blog post. This doesn’t need to be a high-value conversion, like “Request a Quote”, something simple such as a blog subscription would do the trick.

2. Build a Quiz

Who doesn’t love a good quiz?

A quiz allows you to discover more information about a user, that will help in creating an offering tailored and customized to that user. On the users end, they will feel more engaged and develop a connection to your brand.

3. Provide Fewer Options

Fewer options can lead to more conversions.

People get overwhelmed by too many options, they won’t choose any. This results in fewer conversions overall for your brand.

Keep your number of CTAs in check, and try to keep them to under 3.

4. Show Your Human

Your brand has to be somewhat human to make a connection with readers and have them convert further.

Basecamp does a good job of providing the reader with this human connection and directing them further down the sales funnel.
