Inbound Marketing Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a rich content marketing engine that attracts a qualified audience to our clients’ owned properties (including blog posts, case studies, lead magnets, webinars, infographics, etc.).
• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
• Map out and build the optimal workflows for content delivery across all areas of the funnel.
• Optimize our clients’ marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
• Establish closed-loop analytics with our clients’ sales teams to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our
process to convert more and more leads.
• Assist with other duties as required.

Other Duties as Required:
• Assist with Quality Assurance testing.
• Assist Account Managers, Salespeople and Digital
Marketing team members with tasks as requested.

• Occasional travel may be required.

• 3+ years’ experience in Inbound Marketing with a history of successful execution.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. Planning and deploying engaging content strategies that convert (especially in the B2B space) is your superpower.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently attract and convert leads through cross-channel content marketing efforts.
• Experience in mapping out customer journeys, and pairing messaging to specific moments in various parts of the funnel.
• Proficiency in marketing automation used to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
• An entrepreneurial and self-starting drive to get things done.
• Proficiency with end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ad creation all the way through to measured conversion.
• Ability to execute on numerous concurrent large-scale projects flawlessly.
• Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
