Sherpa recently collaborated with the Canadian Canola Growers Association and Blueshift to redesign the CCGA’s website. With its extensive experience serving agriculture clients, Sherpa was an ideal partner to ensure that the most engaging User Experience was designed and delivered to the different constituent groups that use the CCGA website.
Using existing website metrics, Sherpa was able to uncover visitor usage patterns and make recommendations to the navigation and page structure of the website. After an extensive wireframing and 3 state design process, the approved designs were delivered to Blueshift were they were incorporated into a Microsoft SharePoint solution.
Taking into account the limited nature of rural high speed internet, Sherpa took this into consideration and worked to design web pages that looked great, were intuitive AND loaded quickly on slow wireless data connections. Initial feedback has been largely positive.
