Sherpa Marketing has officially launched a new website, building on the migration of CWB to its final evolution under the G3 brand. The website provides a highly adaptable and administrable website that delivers mission critical information on pooling and local G3 facilities to Canadian farmers.

Using the latest version
of Sherpa’s Content Management System – Custodian 6.0 – the G3 website
takes content management to the facility level e.g. http://g3.ca/facility/g3-colonsay, providing a user-friendly interface where authorized content admins at each
facility can securely update content unique to their facility, ensuring the
latest and most up-to-date information is available to their local customer
base.
Key functionality remains in the website, allowing producers to
access the most up-to-date information from G3 Canada, locate their nearest
facility, and find information on the pooling of cereal
and oilseed crops. Other improvements to the website include the “Our
Facilities” section, that allows growers to choose their delivery facility and
as such, receive content tailored specifically to them. As with all Sherpa
Marketing’s websites, the G3 site takes advantage of responsive design,
delivering an optimized user experience across the three most common device
types – desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.
A French version of the website will be available a week after
the official G3 Canada launch.
From start to finish, the project was “all hands on deck”, no
shortcuts were taken and the project was completed from start to finish in 45
days!
G3 Canada replaces the CWB brand, and is poised
to be a leading grain enterprise in Canada. The website is one of the most
significant business tools that G3 will employ to qualify and capture leads for
pooling contracts while disseminating localized news items and facility updates
pertinent to farmers across Canada.
