It's always challenging selling a product where the attributes don't change much from year to year. A great way to overcome this feat is by marketing the intangibles. In this example, it's not about jeans, it's about the emotional connection you have as a guy with your jeans. Brands like Nike do a great a job of this. The brand does not symbolize footwear, it stands for greatness in sport. Ask yourself the question, are there intangibles of your brand that you can market?
Now if only I could grow that nice of a beard....
